In July, Ohio Logistics began the construction of a new $15.8 million, state-of-the-art warehouse facility, an exciting addition to the Findlay economy.

Ohio Logistics provides warehousing, transportation, and logistics services to assist customers in streamlining supply chain through mode and route optimization, carrier management, freight consolidation, reverse logistics, and freight payment and audit. The additional warehousing offered through the expansion will increase production capacity for its customers.
The 208,000 square foot building will be located at the east side of Hamlet Drive, just south of CR 212, and will serve local and regional industry. Currently, Ohio Logistics employs about 250 people at its Findlay locations, and the warehouse will result in 15 to 20 new jobs. The building will include 22 truck docks. It is slated for completion by July 2025.
“We want to continue to invest in Findlay and we think there are opportunities for it, so we’re going to go ahead and build it,” said Chuck Bills, chief executive officer of Ohio Logistics. “This additional facility reflects our continued investment in a community that has given us so much.”
Ohio Logistics began in Findlay in 1988 with a single 40,000 square foot warehouse as Findlay’s Tall Timbers Distribution Center. Over 36 years, the company has grown to 25 locations serving seven states and 6 million square feet of warehouse space and is one of the largest privately owned logistics companies in the Midwest.
